Little Dutch | Domino Puzzle

This 2-in-1 Little Dutch domino puzzle is a fun picture recognition and number matching game. Each domino card has two sides. On one side, the card features two animals. On the other, there is a game of dominoes in lovely colours. The game stimulates puzzle skills, social skills and the ability to concentrate. 

Here’s how to play:

Dominoes: shuffle all domino cards and place them face down on the table. Each player receives 6 domino cards. Place the remaining cards in a stock pile and turn around one card on the table to start the game. The youngest player begins. The player must match one of their cards to those already on the table. Every new card can be placed at the beginning or at the end of the "snake" of cards. If a player cannot place any of their cards, they draw one card from the stock pile. If this card is a match, the player is allowed to place the card on the table straight away. If it is not a match, the player must add this card to their own set of cards. The first player who has no dominoes left will be the winner.   

Puzzle: the Little Dutch puzzle features two pieces of animals on each card. Children must first recognize the animals and then connect the card that correctly completes one of the two animal pictures on the table. This game strengthens your children’s visual development.
